It's a standard trick of 'professional' spammers from overseas who've signed up to drop spam links in their posts or forum signatures. In long threads, they'll often cut and paste others' posts from further up the thread so that the text fits in well with the style of the forum they're spamming.

 

You'll often see the same text posted on different forums, if you check it out via Google.

 

ETA: Ah, just noticed that another spammer's gone the way of all spammers.

 

I did suspect, very strongly, that this person was a spammer.

Hi I teach many forms of exercise,

Good old fashioned aerobics is a hit (cheesy music a bonus!)

Interval training gives a good CV workout

LBT (legs bums and tums) is also a hit.

 

Whatever form of exercise you choose to do, the key is to remember:

> HAVE FUN

> VARY THE TYPE OF EXERCISE YOU DO

> UNDERTAKE EXERCISE REGULARLY.....3-5 times per week ideally for a minimum of 30 mins

> SET A GOAL

> STAY MOTIVATED......fitness improves gradually.
