Why does it take so long to get talk talk broadband switch on

just moved 3 houses on roa d and has took nearly 3 months to get it turned on?

Talk talk broadband. They are doing you a favour by not plugging you in.

 

Get a proper ISP.

never had problem with talktalk services just cant understand why it takes so long to get broadband running

in most cases it was due to the vast amount of people signing up for it to get delivery of the modem and if you had your own you could get on online earlier .

BE or O2.

Call centres that speak your language instead of Johnny 5 in deepest darkest india, Actual customer service and techies that aren't reading off a script on the screen.

Here's a novel idea, you see that thing that plugs into the wall and rings sometimes? Try picking it up and pushing some numbers that match TalkTalk's number. You will wait for a few hours and then get to speak to someone in engrish. Ask them nicely what's going on. You may have been activated already but have a fault on the line.
