Need toys for voluntary work

Hello,

 

I am doing some voluntary work with children and setting up a play room but need some toys. Ive been round charity shops and car boots sales but missing a few bits and bobs- if anyone could help it would be great.

 

I need-

 

* dolls house with furniture

* puppets

* modelling clay

* baby doll with a bottle

* pretend doctors kit

* toy drum and other music things.

"the works" and "home bargins" have had children's musical stuff quite cheap in if you don't get any on here.

 

Instead of modelling clay could you make playdough??? very cheap and easy to do.

I would definitely go with making the playdough - very cheap and easy to do. If you need a recipe I could send you one that we use at a school nursery. Unfortunately we still use all the other things you have, but good luck

went to home bargins at yesterday and its closed down.

there is home bargins on parkway not far and one in hillsborough hope that helps

sorry, yes it was the Hillsbroough one I had seen them in.
