magsie   10 #1 Posted February 21, 2009 (edited) S O R T E D T H A N K S. Have tried to claim for insurance for conservatory roof collapsing after heavy snowfall but insurance have said that 3 cms of snowfall is not enough to warrant a claim. We thought it was more like 5-6 inches! Does anyone know please where I could find an official snowfall for Sheffield in early February? Having no luck with websites, Met Office, Weston Park etc.  Many thanks. Edited February 21, 2009 by magsie
 Share this content via...
escort1 Â Â 10 #2 Posted February 21, 2009 Did you not think to take any photo's to use as proof?, pity if you didn't.
 Share this content via...
magsie   10 #3 Posted February 21, 2009 Yes we did and enclosed it with the claim but they are still saying that only 3cms fell - maybe they thought we had placed more snow on the roof!! Official figures would sort it if anyone could help.
 Share this content via...
