Just make sure you get proper crystals and not the cut glass stuff that's being sold which is useless.

 

People seem to confuse the generic term "crystal glass" with a real crystal. Its only called that because it can be cut and polished to sparkle like a crystal or diamond.

I would have thought that cut glass crystals had exactly the same mystical powers as the real thing!

I know it's not in Sheffield but there is a shop in Worksop called Equilibrium in the town centre. It is brilliant and your sure to find everything you want/need and the woman that works there is really friendly, helpful and will point you in the right direction.

What do you actually need to meditate? Nothing apart from a comfortable seat. The rest music/incense is just dressing and possibly distraction.

 

Just sit.
