Loads of police blocking off Sharrowvale Road near Rossis any one know whats occuring?

There's no Rossi's on Sharrow Vale road.

 

There IS a Rossi's on Sharrow Lane, but it's quite a way from Sharrow Vale Road. (it's completely at the opposite end of Sharrow Lane, where it joins London Road,)
