There's a way round it, just set your Country on Youtube to anywhere other than UK.

 

Might not work, but you could try it.

you could use a proxy i suppose but thats loads of messing.

 

itd be a lot better if the pr wotsit didnt try to screw too much money out of youtube, and youtube didnt spit the dummy out and ban everything outright. and instead we carried on using the videos as promo material for bands people had never heard and wouldnt buy without

Nobody ever said that the music industry wasn't short-sighted.

 

Not that it'll make much difference. So what if the official videos are banned? For every upload of the official music video there are ten homemade videos uploaded that have the same music attached to them.
