Brings back very happy memories. I seem to remember that the the singer, was it Beth  Gibbons, always used to have a cigarette on the go while singing!

I'd never heard of these guys until I heard them on the radio this tea-time.  

 

Very joyous. Like skate-punk meets the theme to 'Friends'.

There's a Costello song, one of my all time favourites, called Just A Memory, about the end of a relationship.  This one is just as good:

 

 

And this one is also about the end of a relationship, but with a much different tone.  It really kicks in about half way through:

Been a supporter of her output for years but I'm glad I've never dated her! Man.....you'd never feel on safe ground once it was over. That lass can really write.
