thai   10 #8 Posted January 20, 2009 plain flour, milk and water ,salt and pepper ,egg.  And the most important ingredient a splash of vinegar,this is what gives it its golden colour.  You can also add a small pinch of bi/carb to give extra bubble to your batter Perfect.
