you could try the butchers in bakewell. my OH's mum goes there to buy venison

There is an amazing butchers in Stocksbridge

Sorry but am not sure of the name, but it is opp to Co-op and has a yellow sign.

Other option is Rodneys Butchers in Sharrowvale has jsut reopened and have found them in the past to be amazing

Try Boldock's at Woodseats. They sell venison and I'm sure would order whatever you wanted. Also there's at least one game seller in the market, who takes orders.
