the thing i always do to check if its gone is to reboot............it might be gone at first but once you reboot if its still lurking somewhere it can get restarted from the beggining when you reboot

i rebooted it yesterday and nothing came up, so i thought it had gone, just turned on my laptop on and it's still on here..( aaarrrggghhh)

:(

Keli - Do what you did yesterday to get rid of it (bleeping computer, steps 1-16) and then when you are at that point post here. Don't reboot unless Malwarebytes asks you to, to remove it. Then don't reboot - just post back here.

Now get me a diagnostic log and i'll see whether it is all gone or if there is something respawning it.

Download DDS from one of the links below and save it to your desktop:

Link3

Double click dds to run the tool. A command window will appear, this is normal.

  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt

[*]Save both reports to your desktop.

Copy & paste the contents of :

  • DDS.txt
  • Attach.txt

And post them back here or PM me them if you'd rather.
