I did have a nice slab of Lamb yesterday though. I've got a mate down here in the wilds of Shropshire with an organic farm. Top notch Lamb, can't beat it. algy   11 #10 Posted April 10, 2005 Can't decide really between roast beef with all the trimmings, yorks pud, horseradish sauce etc, or lamb with new potatoes, peas and mint sauce. perhaps I'll hedge my bets and go for beef in winter and lamb in summer!
