I would put pics up or ask round and if no-one claims her and you want to keep her then micro chip her and get her registered in your name

Please report to dog wardens etc. and follow the proceedure i.e. do the paperwork and wait 28 days. As you say there may be an owner out there who deserves the opportunity to be reunited with their pet.

I am a dog owner and i would be destroyed if someone took my dog in and never reported it, i wouldn't be able to rest knowing they were out their. My dogs are my life.
