William Brown, Sequence Letting Problems - Beware!

Recommended Posts

We rent an apartment which was advertised through William H Brown, but once you sign the papers and hand money over you are told to deal with Sequence which deals with problems afterwards. It has been a nightmare since moving in 6 months ago, problems occur and it takes months to fix, they keep writing to my landlord telling him there are problems that need fixing that do not even exist, they never reply to my emails or telephone calls, then when you do speak to them they treat you like something off the bottom of a dirty shoe.

However, reading on internet it says Sequence are the best agent for 2008! What a joke, anybody else had problems with William H Brown or Sequence?
