Charity Christmas Cards

If you haven't already bought your cards why not check out the card shop on Trippet Lane - adjacent to the Scout and Guide shop? The stalls used to be in the Sheffield Cathedral but have moved this year. You can buy an array of stuff as well as the cards. Lots of charities are represented including several local ones such as St Lukes, Western Park cancer hospital and Whirlow Park Trust. You'll be doing your bit but most important of all, if you buy the cards from this shop approximately 90 pence in the pound goes to the nominated charity. I don't know about you but I think that is absolutely fabulous.

It is fabby but can I ask why cards are not being sold at the cathedral? I loved that part of getting ready for Xmas.... go and pick cards and then go and light a candle.
