Net Data Usage software

Does anyone know of any software, preferably freeware, that shows the bandwidth usage of a network interface such as ethernet or DSL. I would like an app that shows total for monthly, daily, session etc.

If you have Vista, there's a nice SideBar App you can get..

 

otherwise, I just use NetMon.... does the job, and everything you listed...
