Hi, can anyone tell me if a mature college student can use the special 50p student fare on stagecoach buses if you show your student card?

Are they entitled to a discount when its raining ? surely not, would this not be a health and safety issue?

Just remember though that you are not entitled to this promotion, it is a company concession not a binding right. This offer can be withdrawn by the company without notice.

well yes, i did mean while its in use not if they withdraw it

Its only valid within the Sheffield boundary so if travelling from Penistone, Eckington, Barnsley etc you would have to pay the full adult price.

 

Assuming you are living in Sheffield then yes just show your NUS Card.

Is it NUS cards or is the uni cards (eg U card or whatever the Hallam equivalent is?)

The other half shows his student card (Leeds college one) and gets discounted fare... So I presume its any student card..
