The next two weeks there are no badminton courts available at Ponds Forge due to refurbishment (also at Concorde which is very inconvenient... who had the brilliant idea to close both sports halls at the same time? ). Other sports halls don't have enough courts available to make it wortwhile.

 

We're currently thinking of alternative things we can do next two Tuesdays.

anyope any brilliant ideas???

 

so far I 've received the following ideas:

- Walk in peaks (we'll have to start before 8pm) thought!

- football

- dogs

 

keep them coming!

Disaster!

 

If the weather is good we could play outdoors (wind and all) - and/or have a picnic. Maybe an evening walk in the Peaks (I could contrive a route if desired).

 

I checked out Rotherham Leisure Centre (6 courts) but they've already got some bookings on both Tuesdays.

Is Hillsborough's sports hall normally full on a Tuesday?

I have tried other sport halls but they only have 1 or two courts available on Tuesdays... we had over 45 people last few weeks so we needs a significant number of courts!
