Ah, you fell into my little trap for it was a trick question! "My Name Is Prince" was actually released shortly after Prince stopped calling himself The Artist Formerly Known As Prince and reverted back to calling himself Prince. Hence the track was actually credited to The Artist Formerly Known As The Artist Formerly Known As Prince.

 

It also features his backing band "The Backing Band Formerly Known As The New Power Generation" so I'll give you a half point bonus if you got that as well.
