Can anyone give me specific details of where the Marsh Lane one is now, please.

 

We only do 2 or 3 a year and usually go to Kiveton (as its hardstanding and got some decent loos) but the last couple of times have been really poor, so would like to try somewhere different this weekend.

Hi, I'm considering getting up very early and going to Lady Manners this Sunday before I go on to Niagra. I've never been to LM before and have high hopes that there may be lots of nice expensive clothes, especially children's stuff there, given its posh location. Does anyone know if it'll be worth my effort? What's it been like in the past.

 

I had similar high hopes of Bakewell in the past but found it was mainly niknaks, plants and older people's stalls. I'm hoping that Lady Manners will be more young family oriented as it's based at the school.

I love the Lady Manners car boot sales, we always try to get to them if possible. They do seem to have good quality items, but it is hard to prophesy what items will be for sale because it is different individuals each time. There don't tend to be many traders, it is mostly people from the surrounding area. The prices can be quite high though too.

Am selling all junk and clothes that have accumulated but also some jewellery from my business that I have closed down due to the current climate.

 

any advice greatly appreciated

Just turn up at oldcotes anytime from 5am today the field was very muddy wellingtons are a very good idea! try not to be later than 6.30am for a decent pitch.
