Buying a house-need a solicitor

can any one recommend a good solicitor to help with buying a house. If you have any idea of costs also, that would be appreciated

Unfortunately not as the solictors we used when buying our house were useless - they sent the surveyor to the wrong address, held up the process with several errors on their part and most of their letters had spelling mistakes in - not very professional!

I could recommend Watson Esam - Paradise Sq. Mrs C's solicitor.

Greg Nettleship - Irwin Mitchell - around about £500 - used him twice and no problems, very helpful
