Longcol   598 #26 Posted March 12, 2005 I really like cheese but much prefer to eat it on its own at the end of a meal with the last glass of wine.  If you added some of the strong cheeses (eg mature cheddar, blue cheese, goats cheese) to any savoury dish they'd completely kill the flavour of everything else.
