The Kennel Club UK has been operating hidden agendas for years to hide what was going on its secret inner sanctums. Every single working dog in Europe MUST pass a fit for breeding/function test before the breed registration club will grant a fit for breeding licence.

 

The breed registration club makes tests mandatory for the transmissible hereditary diseases which specific breeds are prone to, almost all medium sized & upwards breeds are also tested for HD, if the dogs do not reach the minimum requirement designated by the European mainland countries breed registration club then the dogs are refused a fit for breeding licence and no offspring can be registered by the breeder with the breed registration club. Fit for breeding tests of all working breeds have been mandatory and applied in mainland Europe for decades by ALL their breed registration clubs.

 

The Kennel Club UK has various commercial interests & motive never to make fit for breeding tests mandatory, it is nothing more than a private members club basically its analogous to the Hells Angel club of the dog world. If a dog is not registered with KC it cannot be shown in KC licensed shows and cannot become a KC disease champion, as we have all seen.

 

KC then charges £12 per pup registration fee to the breeder, when the breeder sells the pup the new owner is given the registration paper, the new owner then has to pay KC another separate fee to re-register the pup in their name, KC claim 250,000 new (puppy) individual dogs PA are registered with them, if KC brought in mandatory fit for breeding tests only a tiny, tiny minority of UK dogs would pass, it would be decades before the diseases promoted and supported by KC since it started were bred out, how much money PA would KC loose?

 

How’s that for their hidden agendas & motives, now known to be the greatest UK canine welfare problem ever and caused by KCs' promotions and approval of the deliberate breeding of disease into dogs and sanctioning such breedings by making the dogs KC champions and accepting money, no questions asked, to register diseased dogs fit for breeding buy KC standards and protocols
