Is Westfield really that bad?

Is Westfield really that bad? Have just put a deposit down for a house there because I thought it looked like a decent area, don't tell me its like Beirut

I lived next to Meadowcroft Terrace for 18 months and I had no problems, it was quiet and respectable, youll have no problems.

On the other hand, I would have opted for Waterthorpe, Sothall, Beighton or Mosborough than Westfield.

 

I live at Sothall myself and would NEVER live in Westfield, it has a large drug/crime problem round there. But if LindseyW has first hand experience of the area, then you might be fine.

 

Either way, keep yourself to yourself and usually things are OK.

I visit a mate down at Southall DB, can't remember the name of the road but its opposite the post office, near the Queens and at the bottom of his road is a horse being tethered around a tree.
