honeyb35 Â Â 10 #13 Posted August 14, 2008 Oooh... There's a few, but the one I remember best is the Batman Forever soundtrack. The Flaming Lips, U2, Method Man, Nick Cave... all sorts, fairly pop-eclectic, and just a bit left-field coz it's not the sort of film you'd expect to have that sort of soundtrack. Â I LOVE the U2 song from that film, I havent heard it in years! Might have to see if I can find it on youtube now!
 Share this content via...
Rich   12 #14 Posted August 16, 2008 Hairspray (New version)  The songs on it ROCK! I'd love to go and see the Stage version in London but it's £50 a ticket and that's just the "cheap" seats!
 Share this content via...

Antics^^ Â Â 10 #16 Posted September 5, 2008 Garden State OST (great compilation which outshines the film easily) Lost In Translation (would love to visit Tokyo & this would be an obvious soundtrack) The Last Kiss OST (another good pick from Zach Braff) Little Miss Sunshine (nostalgic, takes you back to the moment I discovered the gem of a film) Top Gun OST - (reminds me so much of my youth, pretending to be Maverick ) Donnie Darko (the film is all about the music, even though I missed 80's music something resonates with me in this soundtrack)
 Share this content via...

shullie   10 #20 Posted September 7, 2008 There is a a whole webiste devoted to film scores, Movie Music UK, writen by a Sheffielder born and bred, called Jon Broxton. It's all done in his spare time.. and for free... i.e it's not his full time job, just his passion. he's now in the States, but he only moved there a few years ago.  http://www.moviemusicuk.us/  It's well worth a look at if you want to know more about the genre. Plus he is a realy nice guy and knows his stuff!
 Share this content via...
