Which classic American car to buy?

Recommended Posts

Rather want to buy a real classic American car from the 60's or 70's.....so many to choose from, any ideas anyone? I like all kinds, a 70's Ford Torino is in the running but so many to choose from.....sigh

Basically its got to be BIG and classic styled, kind of 50's looking but yet more 70's at the same time...does that make sense? Considering a Zodiac MK 4 Executive although thats really a UK car but it has the size and look I am seeking although its a bit too conservative but.......CHUNKY.....

also like Ford Elites, smooth and chunky!!!! Suggestions welcome.....doesn't have to be Ford

I have the book of 60s Car Vintage Auto Ads. Some of those things are huge.

Mercury Marauder?

Oldsmobile?
