Salsa & merengue sessions at the university at 3pm on Saturdays (only during term time) and at the Forum on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm. It's only £2 or £1 for members, and you don't have to be a student. I've been going for a while and I'm really enjoying it! There are different levels and you can move up a level whenever you feel ready, there's no pressure and everyone is really friendly.

Oh, and PS see the Ethio Cubano Restaurant 3rd Aniversary Meal thread in 'Evenings Out'; perhaps eating a large meal isn't entirely fitness orientated, but there will be some beginners classes on the night, with bachata and rueda (Cuban salsa in a circle) for complete beginners. And you'll get a chance to talk to others about what other dance goes on round about.
