Although i dont think he deserved to loose a limb, im afraid i have no sympathy for him, if something like that happened to every criminal every time they committed a crime, i feel there would be much less crime and vandalism in the world.

You can be disqualified from driving while not holding a licence; even while being too young to have one in the first place.

 

What the courts think is achieved by banning someone from driving who is already banned from driving, I still haven't worked out.
