We all want a brighter, whiter smile, but with whitening treatments at the dentist costing up to £750 a time, many people are turning to DIY kits. I still haven't managed to quit smoking, my teeth are probably even more yellow and I'm definitely more haggard and wrinkly

Just use a bit of bicarb & peroxide mixed with a little bit of toothpaste. do this twice a week for the first two weeks and once a week thereafter. Cost a couple of quid.
