I'm not with them any more, because we wanted to move onto the more traditional style of mortgage, but that's not because of the one account, it's because we prefer operating in a more rigid structure. Of course if you are disciplined with your one account you can operate it just like a traditional mortage, but benefit from the lower overall interest too.
