Hook   10 #73 Posted January 8, 2009 Hi Daryl,  I've sent you a PM about your IMG tags! You need to put them in square brackets.  It should be [img ] http://whatever.com/file.jpg [/ IMG] but without the spaces...
 Share this content via...

Draggletail   60 #75 Posted January 9, 2009 Hi Daryl24, you got the IMG tags right on the post immediately above, but the actual URL was wrong (at least wrong for here) - here is the photo, using this URL: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3530/3171155209_b8e9ae1b3c.jpg?v=0 - It just needed to show the jpg file type at the end of the url.   If you want me to delete this so you can practice further, just say
 Share this content via...

Draggletail   60 #78 Posted January 11, 2009 Testing  Doesn't look like you've uploaded the photo to a host like http://www.flickr.com/ or you have missed the http://www. bit of the 'link' you posted to me ....
 Share this content via...
Laddo   10 #79 Posted January 11, 2009 Doesn't look like you've uploaded the photo to a host like http://www.flickr.com/ or you have missed the http://www. bit of the 'link' you posted to me ....  It is on Flickr but I wasn't sure where to find the link so I right clicked on the image and got the info I posted from the properties. I cheated and added a link to the photos instead in the thread I wanted to put the images in but I'll try again here!
 Share this content via...

Draggletail   60 #81 Posted January 11, 2009 Don't use the URL for the photo that is in your web browser - it won't work!  The thing to do seems to be to click your image thumbnail to get your photo full size, right click on the resulting photo, left click on properties in the box that pops up, copy and paste the resulting address between and voila ........
 Share this content via...
