Had a pork steak with a jacket potato, coleslaw and a bit of garlic bread for tea last night.

 

Today

B - Mini Weetabix

L - Rice and a chocolate brownie

T - Takeaway!

Had all day breakfast on toast, no lunch but am just about to have steak, chips and onion rings:love:

Sunday 21st

B- Cold grilled bacon sandwich on granary. Coffee. Apple

L- Hot Dog (was at car boot. naughty)

T- Pork Loin, carrots, cauli, 2 roast potatoes, mash, stuffing and yorkshire

2 scoops ice cream with wafers (family over for dinner)

 

Monday 22nd

B- 2 weetabix. apple & orange juice. tea

L- Prawn rose marie on seeded bagel with side salad and vegetable crisps @Hilton. Diet coke

D-Roast chicken breast, salad and pitta bread - homemade kebab. Diet coke

 

Tuesday

B-Wetherspoons breakfast after lane swimming (heh... was out for the day with a mate)

L- Apple, cereal bar. A couple of diet cokes in the day and water

D- Heaps of salad and tuna

 

Wednesday

B-2 slices seeded granary toast with marmite

L- Tuna and cheese panini (:( the place we were at only had white bread )

D- Chicken curry, Pilau Rice, Chipatti

S- Apple, 2 Apricots

 

Thursday

B- 2 weetabix, 1 slice granary toast and marmite. coffee

L- Salad of Vine tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, tuna. diet coke

D- Chicken stroganoff, sweet potato mash, sprouts, Carrots, Cauli (strange concoction but had veg to use up)

 

Friday

B- 2 slices wholemeal toast with marmite, coffee, ruby breakfast juice

L- Fish, chips, mushy peas- pub dinner with the girls. Ice cream cake (treat i know but eek ) 2 x diet coke. I latte

D- Enchiladas, and peppers & onions with oven cooked onion rings (only had 1.5 enchiladas) 2 glasses of cherry lambrini. A handful of tootie fruttis

 

Saturday

Woke up feeling absolutely shocking. Sledgehammer springs to mind. Do not drink lambrini when you are seriously tired.

B- 2 Liquid Annadin, 1 glass water and back to bed

S- 1 slice seeded toast and marmite. coffee

L- Lighter options BLT on brown from tesco (only ate half and picked at the other). tea x 2

D- My homemade lasagne with lean steak mince, heaps of salad and a couple of cheeky bits of garlic bread with red onion chutney on top

 

Sunday

Had a massive lie in to catch up on my sleep

L- 3 lincolnshire sausages between 2 toasted slices of granary and brown sauce

S- A small peice of chocolate mousse cake, 1 apple

D- Grilled chicken breast and salad. Diet coke

 

Had friends steying thurs night to Sunday morning, so the fella took advantage of the "cooking for others", and got them to collectively vote for lasagne after a few shocking days of eating not so great things. Apparently enchiladas weren't enough of a treat for him! Back to it properly today

 

Monday

B- 2 weetabix. I slice granary toast, coffee

L- 1 slice granary toast with cottage cheese piled on top, 1 apple, water

S- Diet Coke. I small cue of Edam.

D- Just about to dish up now. Salmon fillett with garlic and herb crust, spicy potato cakes, baby sweetcorn and carrots

can't remember Sunday but Monday..

 

B. Two buttered white toasts

L. Nothing

T. Roast lamb roast potatos broccoli and cabbage.

 

Tuesday

been ill so had two pots of jelly some fruit and a chipolata

 

Wednesday

again ill so one piece of toast with some scrambled egg on and thats it

Tuesday 30th

B- 2 weetabix, 1 slice granary toast with marmite. coffee. orange juice

L- Tuna Salad with heaps of baby beetroot

S- 1 Yogurt, 1 cereal bar

D- More salad, with a homemade cheese anc bacon pie (no pastry crust)

 

Wednesday 31st

B-2 slices granary toast with lemon curd, orange juice, tea

L- Small peices chicken breat. Fruit cocktail with apple, grapes and strawberries. Water. Packet of Cheesy Wotsits

D- Quorn Spaghetti Bolognese with extra veggies chucked in. Diet Coke. Yogurt

 

Thursday 1st

B- 2 weetabix, A yogurt, tea, water

L- Chicken Tikka and Rice, roast veggies

D-(Jamie Olivers Italian Kitchen with work) St-Bruschetta with devinshire crab, chilli and lemon mayonnaise. M- chargrilled Chicken, with a warm tomato, olive, chilli and caper sauce with posh chips in truffle oil!. D- Mango sorbet and Blood Orange Sorbet. So yummy! 1 glass rose, water

 

Friday

B- 2 weetabix, 1 strawberry yogurt with peaches, grapes and oranges. Apple Juice, Tea

L- Wholemeal roll with Chicken breast, sundried tomatoes and roast veggies. Watermelon. Diet Coke

D-Chicen Madras, Pilau Rice, I chipati. Diet coke

 

Saturday

B- 2 slices wholemeal toast with marmite, coffee

L- Apple, Yogurt. Water, tea

D- 2 tacos with salad and cherry tomatoes. 2 x diet coke

 

Sunday

B- 2 weetabix, tea.

L- Tuna Salad, apple and mango juice. 1 yogurt

D- Stir fry with reggae reggae marinaded chicken, and noodles with soy sauce. Diet coke

 

Monday

B- 2 weetabix. A slice wholemeal toast. Tea.

L- Leftover stir fried veggies with cod piece, diet coke,

S- 1 packet Quavers and low fat hummus, I solero orange ice lolly

D-Steak in gravy on yorkshire pudding with peas and green beans. Tea

Strawberry Jelly

 

Tuesday

B- 2 weetabix, 1 slice toast with marmite. Orange juice

L- will be a roast veggie and light philly wrap, apple and yogurt

D- 2 Chicken fajitas with extra salad

(Why do they not do wraps in small packs/ or keep for longer than 1 day?)

Yesterday I bought a packet of toffee crumble lollies. Don't buy them, I warn you they are addictive, similar to chocolate biscuits with ice cream. I had one for dinner and one for breakfast this morning. Scrumptious.

Breakfast. Scrambled egg, on toast. Tea. Fresh orange juice.

Lunch. Cornish pasty and mango chutney. Tea

Evening. Roast chicken, stuffing, Dauphinoise potatoes, parsnips carrots, and green beans. Glass of Prosecco. Cheese, biscuits, Coffee.

 

I might have a small Scotch as a night cap

Wow zombie thread!!!

 

All I've eaten today is some soy sauce & honey chicken with rice and some freshly juiced fruit. Am starving! :cry:

I had rice crispies for breakfast, cuppa soup mid morning, chicken chips and currie for lunch/dinner sort of meal.
