Snacks: this is bad, was someones birthday at lunch so had a little buffet - had 5 cocktail sausages, one mini cheese and onion roll, and a rice crispy square) Tea: Weightwatchers meal.. then a sausage... then a bit of my brothers leftover bubble and squeak. relost   10 #2811 Posted August 8, 2011 (edited) Thursday B- 2 Weetabix, 1 slice Oatmeal toast and Vegemite, Coffee and Orange Juice L- Fillet of Atlantic Cod, cous cous and sun dried tomatoes with diet coke D- Huge salad with prawns in a homemade lower fat rose marie sauce, 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese. 1 Peach Activia. Mango and Orange Juice. Water  Friday B- 1 slice oatmeal toast with vegemite, 1 pink lady apple, apple juice, tea L- 1/2 a Tesco Lighter choice Prawn Mayo sandwich, 1/3rd large pot of onken. 6 blueberries, 4 strawberries D- A selection of nibbles I put on at Ann Summers party- 2 inch squares of light cheese pie, 2 cocktail sausages, a couple of forkfuls of pesto pasta, a Blueberry and Lemon Tart, yellow peppers, cucumber and carrots with hummus, piece of watermelon. 2 glasses Rose wine, 1 glass Diet Lemonade and Lime  Saturday B- 2 slices oatmeal toast with vegemite, Coffee Snacks- 1 Alpen summer fruit bar, water L- 4 peices Sushi, a few pieces of Apple. Diet Coke D- Slow cooked chilli con carne, boiled rice, 2 tsp sour cream and about 15 tortilla chips. 2 Glasses 1/2 rose wine & 1/2 Diet Lemonade NOT ENOUGH VEG TODAY!  Sunday B- 1 slice oatmeal bread with 3 rashers of grilled bacon and HP brown (open sandwich as ran out of bread!) 1 coffee, 1 glass tropicana ruby breakfast L- Missed as we spent the late morning and early afternoon walking round Oldcotes car boot and market. Diet Coke D- Onion Yorkshire pudding, 2 roast potatoes, carrots, 2 parsnips gravy and a bit of stuffing. Diet Coke. There was much more on my plate, but I think I'd waited for it so long I wasn't hungry anymore!  Monday B- Alpen Strawberry Bar, 1 glass Ruby Breakfast (out of milk and bread) L- 1 huge sandwich on Oatmeal bread with loads of salad on it, pastrami and a thin spread of english mustard mayo, with rest of salad on side, and 2 huge beetroots. Water Snacks- Diet Coke, Peach Activia D- Chicken Chasseur with mashed potatoes with sour cream, and fresh parsley, white cabbage, carrots, brocolli and cauli. Diet Coke. L- Was planned, but my freezer got switch off so I spent a couple of hours cooking things to re- freeze. I ended up with 3 tomato sausages (rather than cottage cheese & crumbed ham) and some salad. 1 Peach Activia. Water. Snacks- 1 Al pen Cereal Bar D-Pork strips and stir fry veg in a little jerk sauce, with noodles with ginger and chilli (slightly too much chilli- HOT!!). Diet Coke  Wednesday B- Coffee, Fruit and Fibre, 1 slice oatmeal toast and vegemite, orange juice. L- Leftover stir fry veg, 1/2 pouch of Micro rice and tin mackerel in Sunflower oil. relost   10 #2813 Posted August 12, 2011 Thursday B- 2 weetabix, tea, ruby breakfast juice L- baked beans on 1 slice wholemeal toast.1/2 a pot of cherry onken tea water Snacks- 4 glace cherries and 1 fun size dairy milk (that time of month, did well to steer clear of haribo) D-Tortilla style omelette with tomato, onion, mushroom, cheese and ham & side salad. Diet Coke. shef82   10 #2818 Posted August 13, 2011 I will do everything i ate yesterday!  I was fasting all day so that is easy.  I broke my fast at Kinaara Buffet in Darnall and had the following:  2 x dates 2 x slice of apple 2 x slice of peach 1 x piazu 1 glass of water  ** above given free of charge by Kinaara to everyone breaking fast and doing Iftar  2 x chicken wings 1 x singara chilli sauce  pilao rice with beef aloo and tarka dall chicken chow mein with lemongrass chicken  glass of coke  dhud shemai?  I left very full and very happy.
