Tuesday 27th July

 

B – Bran flakes

L – Tuna pasta salad, pineapple then later… 3 x crumpets

D – Fish, chips, peas & broccoli followed by a sorbet ice cream (low fat!)

2 cups of coffee with 1 sugar

 

2 slices wholemeal toast with lemon & coriander hoummous

 

Roast chicken & mayo sandwich

 

Mango & Orange smoothie

 

Beef stew

 

Mango & passionfruit Innocent smoothie

 

Bunch of grapes

 

Apple

 

Slice of Scalextric birthday cake :)

 

Small packet of chilli peanuts

 

Half a litre of water

 

Cup of green tea with lemon

I'm feeling very virtuous today:

 

black tea x3

 

glass of water x2

 

orange juice x1

 

sugar free Dr Pepper x1

 

Breakfast:

 

bowl of muesli with skimmed goat milk

yoghurt

pear and apple

 

Lunch:

 

Ham and salad sandwich on wholemeal bread

a few crisps from my OH's bag

half a punnet of strawberries

 

Snack:

 

really nice yoghurt mousse with fruit coulis

 

Tea:

 

Chicken leg

Jacket potato

Mountain of salad

The other half punnet of strawberries

got up at 9am ...

 

breakfast - cup of roobios tea and soya milk

 

lunch - bottle of vitamin water whilst out hiking

 

snack - cappucino after hiking

 

went to gym for 2 hours so another bottle of vitamin water

 

dinner - mushroom curry and rice (homemade)

 

As you can tell food and i have issues but i'm working on it. for a girl who previously existed on vegetable juice and coffee this is a good day ;)

Saturday

B- 2 slices toast with cherry jam, hlaf a punnet of grapes

L- missed as was up late so waited for evening meal out

D- BBQ cheese and bacon burger, shared ship and onion rings- ate out

 

Sunday

B- fruit and fibre

L- Missed

D- Garlic bread with tomato, salad

 

Monday

B-Fruit and Fibre cereal, tea

L- Chicken salad on granary, S & V french fries, mango and passion fruit smoothie, water

D- Moroccan cous cous, roast veg, Spicy chicken breast. Half a punnet cherries, half a punnet grapes

 

Tuesday

B- fruit and fibre, half a punnet grapes

Yesterday:

 

No breakfast. Lentil soup for lunch. Went to Ikea yesterday evening so popped into M and S for tea and had an egg mayo sandwich (the best veggie one that was left-it actually wasn't as horrible as I was expecting. ) and a small piece of mature cheddar. On the way home I ate 8 mini dime bars (they are very mini, hence I needed EIGHT!). Got home and discovered a punnet of strawberries that were just reaching the last stages of edible-ness, so we shared those before they went off.

monday

 

B-Bran flakes, orange juice

L-Cheese and onion sandwich, walkers crisps.

D-rice and veg.

Quite a lot of coffee through the day as it was a long day at work. Had all the above at work and when i got home the wife had made the best ever stew so i had a bowl of that too. Naughty I know.

Friday

AM - Cranberry juice.

Afternoon. - 2 nectarines. Pkt of starburst.

PM - Pasta bake, Veggie timbale, Potato salad, Licorice allsort desert. Apple and ginger wine.

 

Saturday

AM - Cranberry juice.

PM- Wagamamas Chilli men, goza dumplings and lychee and mango sorbet. Apple and lime juice. Water.

Evening 3 red bulls, 3 cranberry juices, a coke, 1 cup of tea.

 

Sunday

AM- 2 mini biscuits and tea. A frappucino.

PM- Tea and 1940s honey bun.

Late PM - Fancie Banoffee cake and some peas and mini onions.

Pub- 2 buns and 3 looza grapefruits.

A rather cake based day.

 

Mon -

Lunch- Cottage cheese and orzo salad.

Afternoon - Innocent smoothie. Glass of grape juice. Water.

Tea- Slice of cream cake and strawberries.

Evening- Two slices of fruit toast.

 

Tues

Am Coffee and my graze box. 2 slices of fruit toast.

Pm-2 hot chocolates and a can of 7 up. Cider Lolly.

out at a house party thing tonight so will add to this!

EDIT: Bottle of red wine, Bottle of mojito wine, plate of indian food, some strawberries and some fresh minted pineapple. I'm a bit squiffy.

Ooo I forgot about this, lets see how far back I can remember!

 

Saturday

Breakfast: Yogurt, Apple and Fruit Juice

Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich on a brown roll, bag of Walkers.

Tea: Went for a curry, so had mushroom puree for starters followed by a king prawn korma. Shared a rice and a garlic naan with fella.

 

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 Sausage sandwich

Lunch: Skipped, wasn't hungry

Snack: Apple Juice and a banana

Tea: Sunday roast cooked by OH's mum, Turkey, mash, roasties, ratatouie (sp?!) stuffing and gravy.

 

Monday:

Half a cranberry and orange muffin, banana, apple juice.

Lunch; Tomato soup & bread roll

Tea; Tesco light choices mince and potatos (yuck)

 

Today:

Breakfast: Yogurt, Banana, Apple Juice

Lunch: Tuna salad

Tea: Is going to be some kind of toastie, have been craving cheese all day!

Haha not that i'm aware of! (god forbid!!) I had one though, and it wasn't as satisfying as i'd have hoped!
