Â Entering this message the acitivity is less than 3% Â I can imagine a computer with a slow processor and minimal memory would appear to have a slow response on SF. If I stop moving the mouse, after a few seconds processor activity drops to to less than 3%. Â It just seems strange that I haven't observed this behaviour on other websites.
