valentine   10 #1 Posted May 26, 2008 Has anyone got any ideas how to stop restless legs at night or even how to prevent them, I have been sufferring for the past few weeks and it is driving me mad, as soon as I get into bed my legs feel as though they are twitching. Heyesey   11 #5 Posted May 26, 2008 Vitamin B tablets are supposed to help (argument from authority.)  I've certainly suffered from it far less - indeed, almost never - since I started taking them (argument from anecdotal evidence).   I don't have any actual, convincing evidence that they work. jfish1936 Â Â 10 #9 Posted May 27, 2008 I have been helped by: 1/. an aexercise bike; 2/. magnesium/zinc tablets (last lot I bought contained Vit B^ as well; they were for PMS relief; haven't had PMS since taking them, though being 70+ male may have something to do with that) 3/.
