Thanks Dave. It came with a picture of it in pieces and a picture of it assembled. Bit of a 'black box' inbetween. Others who are more in the know about these things have told us we've bought a lemon (or the scooter equivalent thereof).

 

Yes dudd chinese scooters are common but worth gettin a pro to have a look I suppose. As mentioned by yorkiepudd dronfield scoots are also ok. If I was you I'd take it to either manhattans or on2wheels (my two fave bike shops in sheffield) but I'm not sure if manahttans would bother with something like it. Speak to on2wheels, if he can't do it I bet he'll give you invaluable advice.

If your going up abbeydale road (away from the city centre) it's on the left handside across from technicar just below pizza hut and abbeydale picture house. Usually easy to spot when it has allsorts of scooters (new and classic) and motorbikes outside. Just don't get it mixed up with the dodgy garage across the road and a bit further up! Not sure what that one's called anymore they've changed their name that many times :suspect:

manhattan motorcycles is by far the best my so bought the new peugeot sum-up 125cc very nice bike i must say
