Where is Ray Stuart Buried

Recommended Posts

I’ve been ignored by far more famous folk than Ray Stuart. 😉

Let's start on Roger Moffitt then best hallem presenter ever !

Roger Moffatt was certainly an eccentric presenter very big in our city and an ex BBC radio presenter.

Hallam FM in my view was the best radio station around in the 70s and it went down hill when they stopped playing music for pleasure to concentrate on the all new stuff.

I liked the old fashioned routine the station did with Ray Stuart to Roger Moffatt and the evening crew that played Nat King Cole, Swing and typical stuff radio 2 would play.

I couldn't name 1 Hallam presenter today

I used to love listening to Roger Moffat.    His many stories were so funny and he was never afraid to voice his opinion ....... although it did get him into trouble a few times.   🤣

Ray Stuart and Roger Moffat were most probably professionals in their younger days until their egos and the demon drink took a firm hold.  I knew  them both and neither knew how to behave well in company well into the 1980’s

That doesn't surprise me Tipstaff, Moffatt was ex BBC and so was Johnny Moran I think but Stuart I don't think was.
