Given HLCare hasn't posted since 2008 it seems unlikely to me further suggestions here will be read.

Gees, you can see right up his shorts and even glimpse his winckle when he is on the leg aductor machine (the one where your legs open and close)

I love the powerplate machines. All the other equipment is vg also. Only complaint I would have is that although the average age, at a guess, is mid to late thirties? we have to listen too music made for 14 year olds!

he's not fat scott, he's just tall, big and ugly! And quite annoying how he hogs the same machine all the time. At Concord there are notices up saying 20mins max on machines, maybe Hillsbro should follow suit.

Really like the gym, both the cardio stuff and the weights. My only criticism would be that it's much to hot in there. With all the body heat being generated, perhaps you could afford to turn the heating down slightly. It's particularly stifiling by the rowing machines. Thanks :)
