Haven't got as far as thinking in detail about a site, just thought it'd make sense to keep track of who can provide what.

Devonshire Cat might be good in the week but gets busy at weekends. Hillsborough Hotel (by Langsett Tram Stop) might be good too, we could use the conservatory.

If we were going to set up a site, I would suggest using Ning http://www.ning.com/, it's a service that lets you create your own self-contained social network.

Right, everyone who's interested, go to http://sheffieldgaming.ning.com/ and set up a profile. You'll be asked two checkbox questions for owned systems and preferred genres, the former so we know who to ask to bring controllers, and the latter so we know who to invite if we end up with tons of people registered and we're having nights on a particular game.

 

There's a forum on there if people want to use it to make arrangements, or we can just use this thread indefinitely.

Well some of us may be at the forum meet on the 14th, but I think provisionally the first gaming group meet up is on the 19th.
