hullmackem   10 #15 Posted August 11, 2003 I'll do it if I can put a bag on my head. Not a plastic one though as that would be very stupid and i'd probably kill myself.
 Share this content via...
John   11 #16 Posted August 11, 2003 How about printing your own avatar on a T-Shirt?  I've got a feeling one such person is going to flush that idea down the toilet.
 Share this content via...

Lindseyw   10 #18 Posted August 11, 2003 try a company called ASM at Ecclesall - speak to ALex and tell him I told you to call - he should do you a really good deal on T-Shirts
 Share this content via...

cosywolf   10 #20 Posted August 12, 2003 Thanks, Lindseyw. Anyone able to pick this up and get it moving? I'm helping organise the Fayre itself, so am going to hope someone else has the spare time to sort this one.  I reckon you have a point, Kittykat, some of us could look very amusing with our usernames emblazoned across shirts for all to see and wonder at...but hey, it's a giggle, right. Moon Maiden   10 #21 Posted August 12, 2003 Well - if they see a funny looking name they are more likely to stop and ask you what the hell that says on the back of your T shirt or wait for you to turn round to see what is on the front.  fortunately people appear to be nosey like that - and we want their interest!!  I can contact the company but I need numbers folks.  Any ideas when Geoff is back?  Moon
 Share this content via...
cosywolf   10 #22 Posted August 12, 2003 Geoff made an appearance on Sunday, didn't he? I'll pm him in the hope he picks up his messages. If you can pm lindseyw, maybe we can actually get this done. Guess I'll have to wear yet another badge - a mini logo and username.
 Share this content via...
DaBouncer   13 #23 Posted August 12, 2003 What about payment though? Who's going to stump up? Can you trust who will pay and who wont? The very reason why I haven't bothered to volunteer. I've been done like this before when organising summat like it!
 Share this content via...
cosywolf   10 #24 Posted August 12, 2003 It's a problem. Maybe Geoff would like to buy some to sellat the event, that just have the logo on them (and the Sheffield Fayre logo:P ), and not the usernames, so that they are generic and attractive to a wider audience? I'm sure no-one here is too shy to bound up to other people wearing a Forum shirt and demand to know 'who' they are.  DB - bring back the various pictures of lovely men on your avatar. 'Hard as Nails' indeed
 Share this content via...
