Becky86 Â Â 10 #193 Posted February 24, 2010 We would like to get married in the old side and have the wedding breakfast and disco in the larger seperate building. I loved the old side for the wedding breakfast but it isn't big enough for that or the evening reception, however I did really like the other building as it is the prefect size. CocoCatering   10 #196 Posted March 5, 2010 Has anyone had any experiences with Hargate Hall in the Peak District? Looks amazing and seems very flexible, would just like to hear of anyone who has had or attended a wedding there.  Thanks Em xxx  Hi Em,  We have catered for weddings at Hargate Hall and it is a lovely venue. The hallway is an amazing location for intimate wedding receptions and you can also have a marquee which is great for larger numbers, plus the grounds are beautiful for your photographs.  Blanche x
 Share this content via...

Trotterette   10 #201 Posted March 19, 2010 Do you know anyone who has got married at either St Johns church, Ranmoor or St Timothys church, Crookes?
 Share this content via...
lwb-wedding   10 #202 Posted March 19, 2010 Both are beautiful churches but if I had to pick my favourite it would have to be St Johns at Ranmoor
 Share this content via...
Trotterette   10 #203 Posted March 21, 2010 Thanks,  Have also just 'discovered' St Marks in Broomhill - this also falls within our parish. Has anyone got married here?  All are beautiful churches!
 Share this content via...
Caz.makin83 Â Â 10 #204 Posted March 21, 2010 Do you know anyone who has got married at either St Johns church, Ranmoor or St Timothys church, Crookes? Â Hi. Â I am getting married at St Timothys in September. I was baptised there and have attended the church for over 20 years. It is a gorgus building, recently refurbish with a modern twist. Its adaptable for big or small weddings and extremely personal and comfortable. The vicar is also a close friend and a lovely gentleman. Â I have also been to both St Johns and St Marks both of which are gorgus buildings. (although i always found St Marks a little dark) I think if you want something grand then St Johns but obviuosly personal choice would be St Tims all the way! Â Hope you find the perfect venue!!
