Lancaster Bomber, Derwent Dams.

Recommended Posts

Just got back, weather was fantastic considering, lovely walk from Strines past Lost Lad, busy but not so busy a vantage point wasn't easy to find.

Not sorted all the photos out yet, going for a pint of Lancaster Bomber in my local in a few minutes, but here's a quick photo of the main attraction

WOW that's just brought tears to my eyes. It's the closest I've got to seeing it. I thought it was a good video so thank you very much :hihi::hihi:

Any more please? It makes me puff my chest out with pride......and cry!

Err! I think he walked :-)

If you don't know the area, either side of Derwent its pretty steep and rises maybe 500 ft, Lancaster at 200 ft . . . . .
