archaeobard Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 Is there any one out there who was petrified by 'The Orphanage'? I'd heard a lot about it from friends before watching and thought that I'd better take a blanket to watch it so I could hide. It wasn't as scary as I thought. It was a great film, it really did get into your head, but it didn't scare me at all. I looked at it as a psychological thriller rather than a terrifying horror as I had been told it was. Other people's opinions?
pippadoll Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 Do you know, I wasn't scared at all. I was quite disapointed by the fear factor. I really, really enjoyed the film, but thought it was more of a thriller than a horror. The promo got it wrong really. Definitely worth watching though.
