pavlo1969 Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 i used to do a lot of cross stitches, my problem is i have had diabetes for 12 years know and my eye site is not good enough to do them any more. Here's the deal, i started to do a cross stitch of my grandad, who died many years ago and wondered if some kind person would finish it for me. In return i have a lot of accessories (cotton, books, ect.....also 4-5 unfinished cross stitches) which i am willing to give the kind person that finishes my grandad, it would make my day to see it finished and to get it framed and on my wall(i have all the cottons for it) Please and thankyou in advance to anyone who can help me. I will deliver the things and fetch my grandad when it is finished. Cheers Paul.
Hayley1 Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 Have you any other info, like size of finished piece and how much has been done already Paul?
J_F_A Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 I might be willing to take it on. Have you got a photo of what type it is, or how much you've got done?

J_F_A Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 I'd be willing to take it for you, but I'm a slow stitcher, so I understand if you'd rather someone who's faster accept it.
Joey Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 I'll do it for you. Doesn't look like there's very much to do so it shouldn't take long. I'm quite experienced, been stitching for 25 years. It will be beginning of June before i can start it. Let me know if you want me to do it.
J_F_A Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 Joey might be a better person to choose. I've only been stitching since December which is why I'm so slow. I would just hate to see such an important piece not get finished ^_^
