been down to chemist, feeling a lot better but get bad tummy pains after i ahve my toast, got some pepto bismol, fingers crossed.

 

P.s. Kaolin n morphine is still avaliable to buy at Llyods chemist!

I'm suffering from a stomach bug / upset and am feeling very sorry for myself, got nothing in the house except Imodium,

 

 

what ever you do DONT take the imodium- worst thing to do with stomach upsets. If you have got a bug/food poisioning you need to let it come out of your system, not keep it in there.

 

as recommended by others just water till things improve, and maybe paracetomol if you can take these (and have them in). Hope you are feeling better soon.

Motilium (Domperidone) works well for settling a stomach and making you feel much better, and is available over the counter at a pharmacy.

 

The best thing I have ever taken for feeling sick is Dimenhydrinate, because it also sends you to sleep but I don't think it is available in this country.

Get a friend to break both your legs. The pain will be so intense you'll soon forget all about your upset stomach.
