NPOWER: What a bunch of timewasters!

I'm still to angry to write about today's fiasco, but I do want to impart one little gem of wisdom.

 

If Npower fail to keep an appointment, they owe you £20, but you have to ask!

 

however.....

 

If they send someone round who is not qualified to do the job, or doesn't have the parts required, or any other excuse they can think off...they dont have to pay you!

Npower are dreadful. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

 

I agree. Worst energy provider ever !!!!. Customer services bad, engineers crap, service appaling. Take my advice never sign up to them.

We had a nightmare from them at our old house regarding stupidly over-priced bills.

It was an absolute nightmare getting through to them. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

We had a nightmare with them when we moved in trying to transfer to powergen. npower ended up setting up THREE accounts for one property... >_<

They're cocks I hate them, they've told me about 6 times they'll ring me back when they find the information I'm requesting.. still no call.

Our Npower account was in credit by 275:00, so we applied to get OUR money back. They wrote to me and said a team member was looking in to the claim to see if it was a "true" credit and that it would be resolved within 6 weeks.

 

8 phone calls to Npower, a visit from a rep to check our meter (I assume, to make sure we hadn't tampered with it) and 4 months later we received our cheque. If it had been the other way around, we would have had red letter's and threats of disconnection!

Disgusting! :(
