Definitions for Sheffield areas

A few months ago and friend and I started to make up joke definitions for sheffield areas - like this..

 

Silverdale - well known country and western singer

Killamarsh - heavy weight world champion boxer

Crystal peaks - famous page 3 model

Woodhouse Mill - legendry shakespearian actor

 

well get the idea? I've forgotten loads bu thought you lot out there might come up with some good ones :D :D :D

Walkley - buses only go as far as Commonside

Broomhill - the annoying little pile of dust you chase round the floor with a sweeping brush

 

Tapton - having been asked for bus fare home/price of a cuppa etc.

 

Heeley - feeling like an old sock, eg on waking up with a hangover: "I'm a bit heeley this morning"
