Heather Mills has got £25million, she wanted £125million.

She's now spending an inordinate amount of time on the steps of the court rambling about how hard done by she is. :suspect:

Vacuous, greedy bunny boiler..**ALLEGEDLY** :D

If its Heather that is so bad then why is the gagging order on her so important.Seems to me like some people are like sheep. You know nothing whatso ever about her,yet you think your fit to judge, why dont you go and see what the media tell you to think next.

What gagging order is that then?

It's her who wants details of the divorce settlement to be kept private, that's why she is appealing that part of the judgement.

Or are you remembering the gagging order from all the previous MEDIA stories. Baaaaaa. :hihi:

So before spouting off try and get a few of the facts correct. ;)

oh really?

“Paul doesn’t want her to say anything about their time together. He doesn’t want her talking about their marriage full-stop.”

And just why is that?

:hihi::hihi::hihi: Brilliant, a link to a gossip website, oh the irony :hihi:

The full quote is:

A source told the Mirror: “For Heather, it isn’t about writing a book or selling her story. It’s about having the right to defend herself if people say she’s a bad wife or mum.”

“Paul doesn’t want her to say anything about their time together. He doesn’t want her talking about their marriage full-stop.”

A source and the Mirror in the same sentence . :hihi: Priceless.

We know that they were married for only 5 years but she felt entitled to £125 million of money he earned before they ever met.

Just for information. Adding the word 'allegedly' to everything you type does not give you a passport to say whatever you want about a person and still be within the boundaries of the law....mmmkay?

And whilst I clearly see that one or two of you have strong feelings in relation to Ms Mills - for legal reasons, amongst others, I'd rather people didn't accuse her of being a whore. Not while you're a guest at ours.

Sorry about that, it was more a pastiche on the use of the word in the media really but hey ho. point taken.

As an aside did she successfully sue any of the tabloids for her accusing her of being a er, ahem, er, mmm, you know.

Pre nuptial agreements have no status in British law.

I think they can have it now - depending on their nature. There was a divorce recently involving one and it was upheld and that's now used as an example. I'd imagine they need to be done by a trustworthy solicitor though.

As someone has said, don't hate the player hate the game. Shes taking him for what she can, i'm surprised she got so little and hasn't got any of his future earnings
