Has anyone got any suggestions for a nice place to celebreate St Patrick's tonight?

That's the plan but where is the best place to celebrate with an Irish theme - maybe with a band on?

You could try the Dog & Partridge on trippet lane, music is on seven days a week, went in the other day and it was brilliant.

Thanks for the sensible suggestions!

The tent sounds good and thanks for suggesting the Dog and Partidge - forgot about that place. My friend really likes Irish music and they sound perfect.

Cheers :)

No please don't be one of the rowdy peopel in the dog like some of them in on Saturday. People who never go in for any time in the year except St.Pats and all the English who've never been to Ireland or who have no Irish in them decide to celebrate. Fair enough go out and have a drink but don't pretend it's because there's anything else about the day except having a few drinks that your bothered about. Rant over, no offence meant just annoys me when I see some people saying "O it's St.Pats you've got to go out" The majority of people round here who say this take this as the only time of the year they ever drink Guinness and St.Pat's has no relevance to them.

My suggestion would be go over to Ireland but not Dublin and celebrate it properly.
